Fertility Friend

- Stop smoking
- Reduce alcohol consumed
- Try and get to a suitable weight before trying for a baby
- Maintain a healthy diet and exercise
- Keep stress low
- Start taking folic acid supplement, your doctor can advise if you need any more health supplements.
