Baby's Development

- Length - up to 3 inches or 60-70 mm long
- Weight - about 14 gram
- Nearly all the baby's organs are formed,but they will continue to grow until the baby is born.Amniotic fluid begins to build-up as the baby's kidneys begin to produce urine.
- He has the ability to swallow, absorb and discharge fluids.

Mother's Development - 12 pregnant week

- Your uterus will shift up slightly, relieving the pressure on your bladder. This should mean less frequent trips to the bathroom.
- You may also notice the linea nigra (black line), a dark line of pigmentation, creeping up your abdomen.
- You may feel less tired and you may begin to 'show' for the first time.
- After this week, the placenta takes over hormone production and the risk of miscarriage drops substantially.
